Sourcing New Beads For You!

We have thousands of exciting new beads for you! Some will be online soon, and others you can see at our 2024 bead fairs.

We have lots of 4mm, 6mm, 8mm round and large unusual-shaped semi precious beads – both matte and gloss. Prices in China are only up a little – except for pearls, which have rocked up 400% in four years.

Transport in China has gone from fast to amazingly-fast. Trains from Guangzhou to Kowloon Hong Kong (about 120-miles) took over 5-hours 30-years ago. Now 53-mins, including a stop – and only about £26! It feels like a time machine.

Brighton Gem n Bead Fair Report

Another disaster! Although we enjoy going to Brighton, there was few visitors or sales. Next year we’ll only attend London, Kempton Park, and Harrogate Gem n Bead Fairs. Many of these mineral fairs are getting less-and-less bead buyers.

See us near Brighton in the spring at the beautiful village of Alfriston on Sunday 24th March 2024 at East Sussex Bead Fair.

This spring our show there was super busy – so next year we’ll be bringing more staff to held with sales. Have a great day out exploring what the Daily Telegraph calls ‘The UK’s most beautiful village’. Have a meal in one of the old pubs and work it off along a river walk.
