The show this Sunday is a short walk from Norwich City Centre. Then, the following Sunday, we’re at the Cornish Bead Fair, Wadebridge. Make a holiday of it. Visit the fine City of Norwich this weekend.
Or enjoy the sun the following weekend in Cornwall. There’s more to life than work (and beads)! Travelodge’s are half price Sunday evenings.

Bead Fair Report
Lincoln Bead Fair
We done slightly better than expected in this beautiful new air-conditioned hall – although very quiet after 2pm.
Essex Bead Fair
Not as good as last year, but still a good turnout. Saturday evening in Essex, Southampton Bead Shop & MrBead met up for a meal at a nearby Turkish restaurant.
Worcester Bead Fair
This was better than expected and we took more than last year there. A very busy start and a rush of visitors from Birmingham in the last hour. Looking forward to returning to the West Midlands next year.
Mr & Mrs Bead’s French Trip
It’s always good to get away. Some think we take it easy between shows – but this is far from true. We have to restock, mail online orders, market and organise fairs, answer emails, and do book keeping. It’s more than a full time job.
So we took 5-days off in Brittany. Flight Luton to Jersey, boat to St Marlo, then bus and train to Rennes and Nanes. Great seafood!

Bead shows are great fun – you will love them! Bring a trolley, as beads get heavy. Take some cash, as a few venues have a weak signal for card payments. Talk to the vendors and other visitors to inspire new design ideas. Make a note of what you paid for beads, and keep exhibitors’ business cards and leaflets.
